So, if you guys did not already know, I live in a beautiful area of Newcastle with my bestie, Hilly.*
She is a huge foodie, just like me, so our meals are BIG and scrummy. She is a great chef, and I've actually learnt more about cooking in the past few months than I have in the past 20 years!! She is also ridden with allergies (Gluten, Yeast, Lactose etc etc) therefore our meals are carefully constructed and sourced- which is easier than you would presume.
